Well-known Coffee Brand VIP Activation

Havas Street is seeking polished and professional Brand Ambassadors to represent a well-known coffee brand at a VIP activation at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, Florida.

Join our premium coffee team for a highly elevated, luxury multi-day event at one of the country’s most exclusive resorts. You’ll be serving and sampling world-class coffee to high-profile guests while delivering the ultimate premium brand experience.

Location: The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island, FL

Dates/Times:

• Tuesday, December 16: Arrival 11:00 AM | Event 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Breakdown until ~8:30 PM (9.5-hour day)
• Wednesday, December 17: Arrival 7:00 AM | Event 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (14-hour day)
• Thursday, December 18: Arrival 7:00 AM | Event 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM | Breakdown 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (9-hour day)

Pay Rate: $34/hr (BA) | W2 Employee | Paid Weekly (TAM certification required – reimbursement provided for selected ambassadors)

What to Expect:

• Arrive on-site at The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island
• Professional set-up and breakdown of coffee stations
• Expertly prepare and serve coffees throughout the event
• Engage guests with polished, upscale interactions and brand knowledge
• Maintain an immaculate, luxury-level presentation at all times
• Represent with sophistication and warmth in a high-end environment

Requirements:

• TAM certification required (or willingness to obtain before 12/16 – reimbursement provided)
• Highly professional, reliable, and outgoing personality
• Premium/polished appearance (this is a true luxury event)
• Previous on-premise coffee sampling, barista, or high-end hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work long shifts (especially 14-hour day on 12/17)

Uniform: Must provide your own all-black uniform: black pants + black top (no logos, clean and pressed)
