On! Nicotine Nightlife Awareness

As an On! Nicotine Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for compliantly engaging with qualified consumers in nightlife environments, including local bars and clubs. In this dynamic role, you will cultivate an engaging atmosphere to establish brand awareness, deliver relevant message points, and align the applicable benefit proposition for product use with the consumers you interact with.

The Brand Ambassador will support all operational aspects of scheduled activities, which may include promotional sales offers, product use demonstrations, and product line education. Given the varying nature of activities and the evolving operations of the program, Brand Ambassadors work a flexible schedule, primarily during nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities and qualifications include:

• Compliantly engaging with qualified consumers in nightlife settings.
• Cultivating an environment to establish brand awareness.
• Providing relevant message points and aligning benefit propositions for product use.
• Supporting operational aspects such as promotional sales and product education.
• Attending regular program trainings to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Being performance-driven and recognized as an expert of the brand’s product offerings.
• Possessing strong interpersonal skills to relate to consumers and establish credible relationships.
