About This Role
A+ Staffing is seeking a highly professional, experienced, and reliable Activation, Field, or Brand Ambassador Manager in the Kansas City Area. This is a crucial role managing activations both on and off-premise for a well-known burger chain.
This is a 6-month, full-time position, commencing on or around January 5, 2026. While exact dates may be subject to confirmation, a 26-week program commitment is required.
We are searching for an independent, professional, and high-level individual to work directly with our clients. Responsibilities include overseeing activations, reporting data, and submitting daily and/or weekly recaps to clients.
- Prior experience with managing activations, tours, or similar programs is a must.
- Candidates must have an event management resume showcasing relevant experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and MVR background check is required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are essential, as this position involves weekly driving to multiple locations to build community presence.
The compensation for this role is $1,200 weekly, along with a completion bonus at the end of the 26-week program. A $20 weekly technology stipend and mileage reimbursement will also be provided.
This is a top-level, highly experienced management role. Please do not apply if you lack relevant event management or tour experience. The selection process will involve a 2-3 step interview to ensure the ideal candidate is placed in this position.
