Premium Spirits On-Premise Sampling

Havas Street is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium spirits/liquor brand for ongoing On and Off-Premise sampling events in the Lake Tahoe, NV area. Residents of Reno and Truckee are also encouraged to apply as event locations will expand to these regions.

We are specifically looking for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in On and Off-Premise alcohol samplings.

Training: Paid Zoom new hire and brand training (2 hours, flexible scheduling).

Uniform: Black shirt, black skirt/slacks or black dress, and black dress shoes.

Event Schedule: November 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025. Shifts are typically 2-3 hours, predominantly on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability preferred). Specific times will be announced closer to event dates. Example shift times include: On-Premise: 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 8pm-10pm; Off-Premise: 2pm-5pm, 4pm-7pm, 5pm-8pm.

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

• Brand education and communication of key messaging
• Create an engaging and fun event atmosphere
• Sample distribution (in accordance with state legalities)
• Consumer engagement activities
• Distribute premiums
• Provide memorable consumer interactions
• Encourage trial and drive sales
• Reporting, including data and photo capture

Team Lead Responsibilities (in addition to Brand Ambassador duties):

• Submit recap reports and photos
• Manage inventory and product purchases using a company-issued credit card
• Ensure seamless event execution and staff coordination
• Communicate with the Client Manager and troubleshoot as needed

Requirements:

• RBS Certificate is required
• At least 1 year of experience in the spirits/beer industry
• Open availability
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish or Japanese preferred)
• Reliable vehicle
• Required Alcohol Certifications: On-Premise Alcohol, Certified Alcohol, Off-Premise Alcohol
