About This Role
Havas Street is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Backstage Operations Event Staff to represent a top-tier High-Performance Sneaker Brand in Orlando, FL!
Join a high-energy activation with a leading athletic brand. While this role is not customer-facing, you will be crucial to ensuring the event runs smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include moving product, restocking supplies, and maintaining organized operations.
We expect all staff to remain professional and enthusiastic when interacting with peers and clients, even in a backstage capacity.
- Location: ESPN World of Sports, FL
- Pay: $28/hr
Availability is mandatory for ALL training and event dates and times. Staff with partial availability will NOT be considered.
Event Schedule:
- Thursday, October 23, 2025 – 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Friday, October 24, 2025 – 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Saturday, October 25, 2025 – 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Mandatory Training:
- Virtual – Tuesday, October 21 (Tentative: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM)
- On-site – Wednesday, October 22 (Tentative: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Backstage Roles You’ll Rotate Through:
- Loaders: Load individual shoe boxes into chutes or bins inside the activation space
