About This Role
A+ Staffing is seeking enthusiastic and professional Brand Ambassadors to support the "Ultimate Catch" event, a high-visibility activation featuring a 35-foot tall, 5-sided Plinko board. This event will take place directly in front of the Wisconsin Union Hotel and offers a unique opportunity to engage with the public and create a memorable experience for attendees.
Date & Time: Saturday, October 18 | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Wisconsin Union Hotel, Madison, WI 53715
Responsibilities:
- Welcome & Engage: Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide clear information about the activation.
- Facilitate Gameplay: Explain and oversee the Plinko game, ensuring adherence to rules and a positive participant experience.
- Line & Crowd Management: Maintain orderly crowd flow and manage lines to ensure smooth event progression.
- Prize Fulfillment: Distribute promotional items and assist with prize giveaways.
- Event Support: Provide assistance with setup, on-site logistics, and event breakdown.
Requirements:
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and actively engage with attendees for the duration of the shift.
- Strong communication and crowd management skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Prior event, promotional, or hospitality experience is a plus.
Uniform:
- Provided: Black staff t-shirt (distributed on-site day-of event).
- Staff to Wear: Black shorts or slacks with comfortable shoes.
