About This Role

A+ Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team. We are partnering with a major global convenience store chain to execute critical category resets across Minnesota. This role is ideal for organized and reliable individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and possess a keen eye for detail. Project Dates: January 12, 2026 – May 30, 2026 Pay: $21/hour (W-2, paid weekly via direct deposit) Hours: Monday–Friday, flexible between 7 AM–7 PM with early start times. Expect approximately 8–12 hours per day, covering two shifts to complete two category resets per store. Locations: Multiple stores throughout various cities in Minnesota, with recurring visits within a set territory. Team: Work collaboratively with one additional merchandiser. Potential for full-time hours. Cities Include:

Responsibilities:
  • Execute planogram resets, updates, and revisions across assigned stores.
  • Complete planogram resets, including product placement, signage, adds/deletes, and tagging.
  • Re-merchandise end caps, feature areas, displays, and seasonal setups.
  • Install, adjust, or reset beams, steel structures, shelves, and store fixtures.
  • Ensure all product sets and displays adhere to retailer and vendor standards.
  • Set signage, labels, safety tags, and fixture components according to provided diagrams.
  • Clean and prepare fixtures for new merchandise.
  • Inspect and stock products, ensuring items are not damaged or expired.
  • Communicate effectively with store leadership and team leads to confirm project requirements and completion.
  • Complete daily reporting, including before/after photos and task documentation.
  • Remain flexible and adaptable to changing on-site needs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail merchandising, store resets, or fixture installation is preferred.
  • Ability to commit to the full project schedule (January 12, 2026 – May 30, 2026).
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various store locations.
  • Organized, fast-paced worker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and accurately execute detailed planograms.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Video interview required for hiring.
