About This Role

As Tour Manager, you'll be the face of GMR and our client, leading a nationwide mobile sampling tour across Canada. This dynamic role involves driving a refrigerated box truck (Class 3 license required), overseeing local staff, managing event operations, and engaging consumers. You will deliver unforgettable consumer experiences in a fast-paced, road-based environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES | RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Act as the on-site lead and main point of contact for events, retailers, and consumers.
  • Drive a Class 3 vehicle and manage all event logistics across Canada.
  • Confirm event details: location, timing, prizes/promotions, and security.
  • Manage local Brand Ambassadors; provide on-site coaching and oversight.
  • Prep, serve, and maintain quality product samples.
  • Set up, tear down, and transport event materials/assets.
  • Track attendance, complete recaps, submit photos/videos, and expense reports.
  • Represent our client in a positive, high-energy, and professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned to ensure flawless execution.

QUALIFICATIONS | EXIGENCES

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Valid Class 3 driver’s license (Canada) with clean driving record.
  • Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
  • 5+ years experience in promotions, events, or tours.
  • Previous experience managing Brand Ambassadors or field teams.
  • Food prep/handling experience preferred.
  • Comfortable driving long distances and working non-traditional hours.
