Altria On! Nicotine Pouch Sampling

GMR Marketing is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Altria, focusing on the promotion of On! nicotine pouches to adult tobacco users. This is a part-time, temporary W2 role.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with adult consumers (21+) in various retail locations within a 30-mile radius of Nashville, TN. Your primary goal will be to introduce them to On! nicotine pouches. This role requires comfort working with a tobacco client.

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting On! nicotine pouches to adult tobacco users.
• Working independently at assigned retail locations.
• Representing Altria's brand professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working for a tobacco client.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within a 30-mile radius of Nashville, TN.
• Must possess a valid/active driver's license (state ID will not suffice).
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have experience as a brand ambassador, customer service representative, or sales representative.

Location:

• Retail environments including smoke shops, convenience stores, and gas stations.

Shift:

• Part-time, 3-4 days per week.
• Monday – Friday, from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $28/hr (non-negotiable).
• Mileage compensation is not provided.

Training:

• Onsite training will be provided; further details upon hire.

Interview Process:

• 30-minute Phone Screen with recruiter.
• 30-minute Video Interview on Microsoft Teams with management.
