Wireless Carrier Store Activations

Havas Street is seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors and experienced Team Leads for exciting store activations with a well-known wireless carrier in the Philadelphia, PA area.

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team for engaging events that create memorable consumer interactions.

Locations: Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas

Specific Activation Dates:

• Paid Training: Wednesday, October 22, 2025: 6 PM
• Friday, October 24, 2025: 2:00 PM - 6 PM
• Saturday, October 25, 2025: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM

Pay Rate:

• Brand Ambassadors: $28/hr
• Team Leads: $33/hr

This is a W2 Employee position, with paid weekly compensation.

What to Expect:

• Travel to event locations within Philadelphia, PA and surrounding areas.
• Set up an engaging, branded activation space.
• Create a fun, high-energy atmosphere.
• Educate consumers on brand features and offerings.
• Communicate key messaging clearly and enthusiastically.
• Facilitate consumer engagement activities.
• Distribute branded giveaways and premiums.
• Provide memorable consumer interactions that leave a lasting impression.
• Answer consumer questions about the brand.
• Set up and tear down event assets.
• Possible transportation of assets (drive time and mileage reimbursed if requirements met).

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with diverse crowds.
• Ability to stand for 4.5-hour shifts and manage setup/teardown tasks.
• No specific certifications required, but prior event or brand ambassador experience is a bonus.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Must be local to the Philadelphia, PA area.
• Team Leads will additionally oversee staff, ensure smooth operations, and report on event performance.

Training: A 1-hour paid virtual Teams training session will be provided.

Uniform: We provide a branded t-shirt; you are required to provide all-black attire.
