Burger Chain Field Manager Role Phoenix Field Manager Activation

A+ Staffing is seeking a highly professional, experienced, and reliable Field Manager in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This role involves managing activations for a well-known burger chain, both on and off-premise.

This is a six-month, full-time position, scheduled to begin on January 5, 2026, and conclude on July 5, 2026. (Exact dates may be subject to change, but the program commitment will be for 26 weeks).

We are looking for an independent and high-level professional to work directly with our clients, overseeing activations, reporting data, and sending daily or weekly recaps.

• Prior experience with managing activations, tours, or similar events is required.
• Candidates must submit an event management resume with relevant experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR background check is essential.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

This position will require weekly driving to various locations to build community presence.

Compensation:

• $1,200 weekly
• Completion bonus at the end of 26 weeks
• $20 weekly technology stipend
• Mileage reimbursed
