New Swim School Outreach Team Outreach Program

A+ Staffing is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our outreach team for a national swim-education client launching new community initiatives in the Roswell, GA area. This program focuses on helping families discover a safe and confidence-building environment for children to learn how to swim. Successful initial phases may lead to program growth and additional opportunities.

MANDATORY Paid Virtual Training:
Monday, December 15 | 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET

OUTREACH ACTIVATION DATES:
December 17–18
Estimated Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day
(Additional January dates anticipated.)

We are currently casting for the following roles:

• FIELD MARKETING MANAGER (FMM)
  • Pay: $32/hr
  • Lead school and community outreach across the Roswell area.
  • Build relationships with local partners and guide Brand Ambassador support.
  • Requires confident, organized, and proactive leadership.
  • Mileage reimbursed at $0.70 per mile for travel between outreach locations.
• BRAND AMBASSADORS (BAs)
  • Pay: $27/hr
  • Assist with outreach, distribute materials, and engage families.
  • Must possess a positive, friendly, and reliable demeanor.
  • Ideal for individuals who enjoy working with families and participating in community programs.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a strong connection to swimming. If swimming boosted your confidence, played a significant part in your childhood, or was a life-changing skill for you, this program is an ideal fit. Families respond positively to genuine passion.

Additional Details:

• Paid virtual training provided.
• Mileage reimbursement for Field Marketing Managers (70¢/mile between outreach stops).
• Seeking local talent only: Roswell, Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, Marietta, etc.
• Candidates must be available for both activation days.
