Amazon Vehicle Graphics Installation

GMR Marketing is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for a temporary Brand Ambassador | Amazon activation in San Francisco, California. This exciting opportunity runs from Sunday, January 4th to Sunday, January 11th.

As the Site Supervisor, you will be a crucial extension of GMR Leadership, representing one of the largest online retailers, Amazon. You will play an essential role in facilitating the installation of graphics onto Amazon delivery vehicles. This involves working closely with your team members to transport Amazon fleet vans to and from the premises after graphic installation.

You will serve as the primary on-site point of contact for your team members and the on-site installers. Your responsibilities are pivotal to the program's success, encompassing on-site logistics and communication, post-graphic installation auditing, and providing nightly recaps to the Field Manager.

This position requires full and open availability to work overnight shifts (8:30 PM – 7:00 AM) and on weekends.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Oversee all on-site activity, ensuring all elements are in place for nightly execution.
• Serve as the direct point of contact between the Field Manager (FM) and the on-site team.
• Manage on-site communication with team members, graphic installers, vendors, and Amazon via preferred communication platforms.
• Assist the FM in collecting keys from various locations for Amazon vehicle transport.
• Confirm Lead Brand Ambassadors for each shift.
• Transport vans to and from the installation location while strictly adhering to all safety requirements.
• Return keys at the end of each shift to the designated drop-off location as specified by your FM.
• Accurately maintain completion reports and conduct audits of program activity to provide updates to the FM at the end of each shift.
• Possess an active and valid driver's license.
• Perform other responsibilities as needed.
