University Event Production Assistants

We are seeking three enthusiastic Production Assistants (PA) to provide essential on-site support for a series of university events throughout Florida and Georgia. This is a hands-on role that demands physical stamina, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude.

Event Details:

• Friday, September 26 – SCAD Savannah, GA, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation for this role is $30/hr. Parking will be reimbursed if needed.

Production Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive on-site support during load-in, load-out, and live activation days.
• Efficiently reset and prepare spaces for diverse programming moments.
• Safely carry and/or lift items weighing 100 lbs or more without assistance.
• Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility to arrive earlier or stay later than assigned hours as necessary.

Requirements & Attire:

• Wear comfortable “show blacks” with appropriate shoes.
• Be prepared to work outdoors.
• Possess strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items safely.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
