KiZE Snack Bar Sampling

Chad Lewis Collection is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to conduct in-store product demonstrations for KiZE snack bars at Sprouts Farmers Market locations in Greenville, South Carolina. KiZE is an all-natural health food company with a mission based on clean, simple, and minimal ingredients. The primary focus of this role is to increase brand awareness and drive sales by engaging customers, offering samples, and creating a positive experience to foster customer loyalty. You will be representing a brand that genuinely promotes health and happiness. This program runs from Friday, January 9th through Monday, March 2nd. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to all dates provided. You will visit two different store locations weekly. Weekly Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday (one location each day)
• Hours: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Compensation: $150 rate per day

Payment will be made bi-weekly via direct deposit as an independent contractor. Key Requirements:

• Previous demo experience is preferred; however, strong customer service or marketing experience is essential.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and sales-focused, with the ability to naturally integrate brand knowledge into conversations without being overly aggressive.
• Must be outgoing and personable, actively engaging with all potential customers to offer samples and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Dependable and trustworthy, demonstrating 100% commitment to assigned dates by arriving on time and staying for the entire shift.
• Genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness, with a passion for the product and company message. Prior knowledge of the protein/snack bar industry is a plus but not required.
• Ability to provide a 4ft demo table (a branded tablecloth will be provided).
• Must provide your own demo supplies such as sampling cups, cutting board, knives, and gloves (these are non-reimbursable).
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Must possess a current Food Certificate.
• Maintain a clean and organized demo table throughout your shift.
• Dress code requires black pants (no leggings) or nice blue jeans (no holes or distressed styles) and black sneakers or comfortable, clean black shoes (a branded tee will be provided).
• Must fully speak and understand English.
