GMR Marketing is seeking a Transport Ambassador for an on-site activation representing one of the largest online retailers, Amazon. This role is crucial in facilitating the installation of graphics on Amazon delivery vehicles.

As a Transport Ambassador, you will work collaboratively with your team to transport Amazon fleet vans from their home station to the installation area and back. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring all vans are completed each night and will assist the Site Supervisor with auditing and completing necessary paperwork and recaps for the Field Manager.

This temporary position requires open availability to work overnight shifts, typically 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM, at least 3-4 times per week, Monday through Sunday.

Required Skills & Responsibilities:

• Safely transport vans to and from designated locations; an active/valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Return keys at the end of each shift to the designated drop location as instructed by your manager.
• Provide daily updates, quality feedback, and recaps to the Senior Lead and Field Manager.
• Accurately maintain completion reports and audit program activity as assigned by the Senior Lead or Field Manager.
• Work effectively within your team and maintain a professional demeanor on-site to ensure a positive relationship with both vendors and clients.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves physical activity, including but not limited to, long-distance walking and lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls, and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach above shoulders, kneel, stoop, or crouch. Specific abilities required include close vision and sitting for extended periods of time.
