TARI Sauce In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for TARI Sauce (k) and more! We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

This is a 1099 contractor position with a pay rate of $30/hr. Payments are made weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday 9 AM EST). Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck; however, there is no travel pay.

This position requires self-scheduling. You must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. We do NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.
• Weekend availability is required; however, some demos may be available during the week.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent TARI Sauce (k) and learn product details via the brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperatures (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
• Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
