Lily's In-Store Demo

Vibrance Marketing is seeking a motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassador to conduct in-store demonstrations for Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | Lily's 2026 Q1 (k). This is a 1099 contractor position, offering an exciting opportunity to represent natural brands and drive sales. Demonstrations will take place from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th. While weekend availability is required, some weekday demos may also be available. Future opportunities with additional campaigns in your area may also arise. This is a self-scheduling position, requiring you to call stores to confirm inventory and set up your demos. Please note that we do not schedule for you, except in cases where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly may impact demo execution and payment. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) and other natural brands.
• Educate customers on product details, ingredients, and health benefits to drive sales.
• Set up and maintain a clean and engaging demo area.
• Ensure samples are kept at appropriate temperatures using correct storage tools.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed and professional demo reports, including expense tracking.
• Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or other relevant display tools as per product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions thoroughly.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by us).
• Strong responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a willingness to learn the platform.
• Maintain professionalism in all written demo reports.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Be self-motivated, independent, and proactive in all tasks.

Compensation:

• $30 per hour (1099 contractor).
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments for reports due by Monday 9 AM EST).
• Incomplete reports or those requiring revision may delay payment.
• No travel pay.
• Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

Work Location: 878 Eastlake Parkway, Chula Vista, California, 91914 Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines while on duty.
