Lily's In-Store Demos

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company specializing in natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations.

This opportunity is for Lily's 2026 Q1 Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo position. We may have additional campaigns in your area in the future and would consider you for those opportunities.

Location: 2400 Las Posas Road, Camarillo, California, 93010

Scheduled Dates: Sunday, December 14 – Saturday, February 28. Weekend availability is required, but some demos may be available during the week.

Compensation: $30 per hour (1099 contractor). Payments are made weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, with reports due Monday 9 AM EST). Incomplete reports or reports requiring revision may delay payment. Product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck. There is no travel pay.

Self-Scheduling is Required: This position requires you to call stores to confirm inventory and set up your demonstrations. Vibrance Marketing does not handle scheduling, except where a scheduling portal is mandated by the brand. Failure to properly schedule will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Represent Lily's 2026 Q1 product line.
• Learn product details through the brand website and provided training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean and engaging demo area.
• Keep samples at the appropriate temperature (cool or room temperature) using correct storage tools.
• Sample products, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy, and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit them in demo reports.
• Securely store and maintain all demo kits and materials.

Requirements:

• Must provide your own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools as required by product specifications.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Willingness and ability to call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login is required, which will be handled by Vibrance Marketing).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn the platform.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive work style.
