Lily's In-Store Food Demo

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales partner for natural brands, is seeking motivated and self-starting Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demonstrations for Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) and other exciting natural products.

This engagement runs from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th, and will be based out of 494 Elden Street, Herndon, Virginia, 20170. While weekend availability is required, some weekday demonstration opportunities may also be available. Successful Brand Ambassadors may be considered for future campaigns in their area.

As a 1099 contractor, you will earn $30/hour. Payments are processed weekly via Bill.com, with payments issued on Fridays for reports submitted by Monday 9 AM EST. Please note that incomplete or revised reports may delay payment. Travel expenses are not reimbursed, but product reimbursements will be added to your paycheck.

This is a self-scheduling position. You are responsible for contacting stores to confirm inventory and arrange your demo schedule. Vibrance Marketing does not schedule demonstrations for you, except when a scheduling portal is required. Proper scheduling is crucial; failure to do so may result in missed demo opportunities, non-payment, and could impact future engagements.

Key responsibilities include representing the Lily's 2026 Q1 (k) brand, mastering product details through provided training materials, and setting up an engaging and tidy demo area. You will be responsible for maintaining appropriate product temperatures, offering samples, educating customers on product ingredients and health benefits, and ultimately driving sales. Additional duties involve tracking inventory, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and faced, and submitting professional and detailed demo reports, including accurate expense tracking. Adherence to brand guidelines for dress code and secure storage of demo kits and materials are also essential.

Requirements for this role include:

• Ability to proficiently read and comprehend written instructions.
• Must possess your own table, a black fabric tablecloth, and an ice bucket or other relevant display tools as dictated by product requirements.
• Proactively calling stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless a brand login, managed by us, is required).
• Excellent responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or a strong willingness to learn the platform.
• Demonstrated professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Strict adherence to food safety guidelines; a food handler permit may be required.
• Being a self-motivated, independent, and proactive individual.
