Non-alcoholic Beverage or Food at Store Demo | Second Round Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits

Vibrance Marketing is seeking motivated, self-starter Brand Ambassadors to conduct in-store demos for Second Round Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits. Based at 5645 Arizona 69, Prescott Valley, Arizona, 86314, this position runs from Sunday, December 14th to Saturday, February 28th.

Vibrance Marketing, a field sales company for natural brands, offers opportunities for additional campaigns in your area in the future. Weekend availability is required, but some demos may be available during the week.

Payment Terms:

• $30/hr (1099 contractor)
• Paid weekly via Bill.com (Friday payments, reports due Monday 9 AM EST)
• Incomplete reports or reports sent back for revision can delay payment.
• No travel pay
• Product reimbursements added to paycheck.

Self-Scheduling Required: This is a self-scheduling position. You must call stores to confirm stock and set up your demos. Vibrance Marketing does NOT schedule for you, except where a scheduling portal is required. Failure to schedule properly will result in being unable to execute the demo, nonpayment, and could jeopardize future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have own table, black fabric tablecloth, and ice bucket or relevant display tools depending on product requirements.
• Ability to read and understand written directions.
• Call stores to confirm stock and self-schedule demos (unless brand login is required, which we handle).
• Responsiveness to emails.
• Familiarity with Promomash or willingness to learn.
• Professionalism in writing demo reports.
• Reliable transportation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines; food handler permit may be required.
• Self-motivated, independent, and proactive.

Event Details and Duties:

• Represent Second Round Everyday Dose + Truly Beauty Audits. Learn product details via brand website and training materials.
• Set up and maintain a clean demo area.
• Keep samples at appropriate temperature (cool or room temp) using the correct storage tools.
• Sample product, educate customers on ingredients and health benefits, and drive sales.
• Track inventory, tidy and face shelves.
• Submit detailed, professional demo reports.
• Dress appropriately according to brand guidelines.
• Track expenses and accurately submit in demo reports.
• Store and maintain demo kits/materials securely.
