About This Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Host or Hostess for our popular bar crawls. As a Bar Crawl Group Leader Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, guiding them through a memorable experience across scheduled venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually to meet and organize the bar crawl group.
- Expertly guide participants from one venue to the next, adhering strictly to the event schedule.
- Establish clear communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the official group leader for the bar crawl.
- Clearly communicate that guests displaying official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
- At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, effectively notify all wristband holders about the group's transition to the subsequent location.
- Ensure the entire group arrives at the final designated venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift:
Upon the group's arrival at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to depart or remain to enjoy the New Year’s Eve countdown festivities.
