Events Per Se Bar Crawl

Join our team as an Event Host or Hostess for Events Per Se, guiding guests through exciting bar crawl experiences. This role is perfect for energetic individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating memorable events.

As a Bar Crawl Group Leader Host, you will be the primary point of contact for attendees, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey through scheduled venues. Your ability to connect with both guests and venue staff will be crucial in facilitating smooth entry and timely transitions.

• Arrive promptly to meet and organize the bar crawl group.
• Guide participants efficiently from one venue to the next, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
• Introduce yourself to door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the official group leader.
• Clearly communicate that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
• At the conclusion of each time slot, enter the venue and inform all wristband holders that the group is progressing to the subsequent location.
• Ensure the group arrives at the final venue no later than 11:00 PM.

End of Shift: Once the group has arrived at the final venue around 11:15/11:30 PM, the host has the option to depart or remain for the New Year's Eve countdown.
