About This Role
The Bar Crawl Group Leader Host is responsible for guiding a group of attendees through scheduled venues during a bar crawl. You will act as the main point of contact between guests and venue door staff, ensuring smooth entry and timely transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and meet the bar crawl group.
- Guide participants from venue to venue according to the event schedule.
- Introduce yourself to door staff at each venue and confirm your role as the group leader for the bar crawl.
- Communicate clearly that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and receive free entry.
- At the end of each time slot, enter the venue and notify all wristband holders that the group is moving to the next location.
- Ensure the group reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift:
Once the group arrives at the final venue at 11:15/11:30 PM, the host may leave or stay for the New Year’s Eve countdown.
