About This Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Event Host or Hostess to lead our vibrant bar crawls. As a Bar Crawl Group Leader, you will be the primary contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience as you guide them through various scheduled venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrive punctually to meet and greet the bar crawl group.
- Efficiently guide participants from one venue to the next, strictly adhering to the event schedule.
- Establish clear communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the official group leader.
- Clearly inform door staff that all guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
- At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and notify all wristband holders of the group

Responsibilities
- • Arrive on time and meet the bar crawl group
- • Guide participants from venue to venue according to the event schedule
- • Introduce yourself to door staff at each venue and confirm you are the group leader for the bar crawl
- • Communicate clearly that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and receive free entry
- • Notify all wristband holders that the group is moving to the next location at the end of each time slot
- • Ensure the group reaches the final venue by 11:00 PM
- • May leave or stay for the New Year’s Eve countdown once the group arrives at the final venue at 11:15/11:30 PM
