The Event Host or Hostess for Events Per Se will act as the primary guide and point of contact for bar crawl attendees, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience across scheduled venues.

- Guide participants efficiently from one venue to the next, adhering to the event schedule.
- Establish communication with door staff at each venue, confirming your role as the group leader.
- Clearly inform door staff that guests wearing official wristbands are part of the event and are entitled to free entry.
- At the conclusion of each scheduled time slot, enter the venue and promptly notify all wristband holders about the transition to the subsequent location.
- Ensure the group arrives at the final venue by 11:00 PM.
End of Shift:
Upon the group's arrival at the final venue between 11:15 PM and 11:30 PM, the host has the option to depart or remain for the New Year's Eve countdown.
