About This Role

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking dedicated Field Market Managers for an exciting lead generation program. This initiative involves a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation, kicking off in April through October 2025 across more than 20 markets. Consumers will have the opportunity to receive a complimentary competitive quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company in exchange for a personalized bobblehead featuring their own face. All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided to Field Market Managers during program training. Two Field Market Managers, alongside three to four Field Market Staff, will collaborate on setup, activation, strike, and loading event kits. Events will take place in your home market and surrounding cities, running from May 1st through October 19th, 2025. This is a 1099 contractor position.
  • Event Setup: This includes setting up the activation space, tents, and other essential assets.
  • Event Activation: Responsibilities involve managing registration, taking photos, and redeeming bobbleheads for consumers.
  • Event Strike: This entails efficiently breaking down the activation display and loading all equipment into a box truck.
  • Market Management: Overseeing truck management, general maintenance, field team oversight, asset management, inventory management, restocking, and on-site event management.
  • Administrative Work: This includes event recapping, email and phone communication, and expense reporting.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a willingness to travel and/or commute, possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and be comfortable with some manual labor during setup and tear down. Proficiency with iPads and/or tablets, strong consumer engagement skills, and excellent communication skills with both team members and management are essential. Reliable transportation to and from events is required.The schedule will vary throughout the program, with most events occurring Thursday through Sunday. Five or more staff members will be on-site at all times. Opportunities for out-of-market travel are available, with per diem and lodging provided.Interviews will commence in January and will involve two interview rounds, reference checks, and a background check.
