Fortune Insurance Bobblehead Promotion

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking dynamic Field Market Staff to represent a Fortune 50 Insurance Company as a Brand Ambassador in the Cleveland market. This exciting opportunity involves a lead generation program featuring a unique "build-your-own-bobblehead" activation. As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage consumers, inviting them to register for a free competitive insurance quote in exchange for a customized bobblehead. All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided during pre-event, on-site training. A team of three to four Field Market Staff will manage the complete event lifecycle: setup, activation, strike, and loading event kits. This program runs from May 1st through October 19th, 2025, with events typically scheduled Thursday through Sunday in your home market and surrounding cities. Five or more staff members will be on-site at all times, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Event Setup: Preparing the activation space, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Overseeing consumer registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption.
• Event Strike: Dismantling the display and loading materials into a box truck.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and/or commute to events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with iPads and/or tablets.
• Strong comfort level with consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills for team and management interaction.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.
• Some manual labor is required during setup and tear-down.

This is a 1099 contractor position. Out-of-market travel opportunities are available, with a per diem, gas stipend, and lodging provided for accepted travel. All applicants must pass a background check, which will include criminal record checks and a prohibited parties search.
