Fortune 50 Bobblehead Activation

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking Field Market Staff in the Columbus market for an exciting Brand Ambassador opportunity with a Fortune 50 insurance company. This lead generation program, running from May 1st through October 19th, 2025, features a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage consumers by offering a customized bobblehead in exchange for registering to receive a free competitive insurance quote. This program will be active in over 20 markets, with a local two-day training held on April 28th - 29th, 2025.

Approximately three (3) to four (4) Field Market Staff will work together at each event, handling setup, activation, strike, and loading of event materials. Events will take place in your home market and surrounding cities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Setting up the activation space, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Managing registration, taking photos, and redeeming bobbleheads.
• Event Strike: Breaking down the activation display and loading all equipment into a box truck.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and/or commute.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• Schedule varies, with most events occurring Thursday through Sunday.
• Five or more staff are on-site at all times.
• Out-of-market travel opportunities are available, with per diem and lodging provided.
• Some manual labor is required during setup and tear down.
• Proficient with iPads and/or tablets.
• Very comfortable with consumer engagement.
• Great communication skills with both team and management.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.

Compensation:

• Per diem, gas stipend, and lodging provided for out-of-market travel.
