Fortune Insurance Bobblehead Promotion

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our Field Market Staff in the Indianapolis market. This is an exciting lead generation program featuring a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation. This program will run in over 20 markets through October 2025.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage consumers who will register to receive a free competitive quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company in exchange for a customized bobblehead with a picture of their face. All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided during on-site pre-event training.

Typically, three to four Field Market Staff members will be responsible for event setup, activation, striking the setup, and loading the event kit at the close of each event. Events will take place in your home market and surrounding cities. The program timeline is from May 1st through October 19th, 2025.

Job Requirements:

• Event Setup: Setting up activation space, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Managing registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption.
• Event Strike: Breaking down activation displays and loading them into a box truck.
• Willingness to travel and/or commute.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• The schedule is varied throughout the program, with most events occurring from Thursday through Sunday.
• Five or more staff members will be on-site at all times.
• Out-of-market travel opportunities are available (per diem and lodging provided).
• Some manual labor is required for setup and tear-down.
• Proficient with iPads and/or tablets.
• Very comfortable with consumer engagement.
• Great communication skills with team and management.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.

Compensation:

• Per diem, gas stipend, and lodging provided for out-of-market travel.

Such background check shall include, at a minimum: (i) national, state, and county (or the equivalent) criminal record checks for all residential and employment addresses disclosed by the individual and/or discovered by the Agency; (ii) a prohibited parties search.
