Fortune 50 Insurance Bobblehead Activation

Infinity Marketing Team is looking for enthusiastic Field Market Staff in the Memphis market to join our team for an exciting lead generation program. This unique activation involves building customized bobbleheads for consumers in exchange for a free competitive insurance quote from a Fortune 50 insurance company. This program will run in over 20 markets through October 2025.

As a Field Market Staff member, you will be an integral part of a team of 3-4 individuals responsible for the complete event lifecycle. You will set up activation spaces, engage with consumers to facilitate bobblehead customization and insurance quote generation, and break down the event display. All necessary materials and supplies will be provided to you during on-site training prior to each event.

The program timeline is from May 1st through October 19th, 2025. Events will take place in your home market and surrounding cities. The schedule is varied, with most events occurring Thursday through Sunday. Five or more staff members will always be on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Prepare the activation space, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Manage consumer registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption.
• Event Strike: Disassemble the activation display and load the event kit into a box truck.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and/or commute to event locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with some manual labor during setup and tear down.
• Proficient with iPads and/or tablets.
• Very comfortable with consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills for team and management interaction.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.

This is a 1099 contractor position.

Compensation for out-of-market travel opportunities includes per diem, gas stipend, and lodging.
