Tactical Revolution OPFOR Simulation

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of OPFOR Role Player | Tactical Revolution to participate in realistic tactical training scenarios.

The pay rate for this position is $26 per hour, or a $832 flat-rate incentive for full, no-default completion of the contract.

Role Players will be required to comply with the following criteria:

• Ability to adhere strictly to scenario scripts without ad-libbing or altering the scope of the training.
• Willingness to wear appropriate costuming and headgear relevant to the training scenario.
• Capability to operate various military weapons systems, marking cartridge weapons, paintball-type weapon systems, and blank ammunition safely after receiving instruction.
• Act as an Opposing Force (OPFOR), including engagement with marking cartridge weapons.
• Must be physically fit with no limitations or pre-existing medical conditions that would impede performance in austere environments or during nighttime operations.
• Familiarity with basic weapons handling, including safety protocols.
• Comfortable with being restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods.
• Comfortable with trainees performing frisk and search procedures while restrained.
• Ability to stand and lay prone for extended periods, both with and without restraints.
• Willingness to participate in scenarios where being shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) is expected, while wearing provided safety equipment.
• Ability to wear required safety equipment, including a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to provide proof.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Military/Law Enforcement experience/background is preferred.
