Join Tactical Revolution as an OPFOR Role Player, where you will play a crucial part in realistic scenario training. We are seeking individuals who can maintain the integrity of training scenarios by adhering strictly to scripts, without ad-libbing or altering the scope of the exercise.
Candidates must be prepared to wear various forms of clothing, including costuming and headgear, as appropriate for the scenario's significance. A key aspect of this role involves operating diverse military weapons systems. - Being restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods.
- Comfort with trainees conducting frisk and search procedures while you are restrained.
- Ability to stand and lay prone for extended periods, both with and without restraints.
- Participating in scenario training where being shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) is expected while wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Wearing required safety equipment, including a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.
