Tactical Revolution: OPFOR Simulation

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the OPFOR Role Player | Tactical Revolution position. As an integral part of our training scenarios, you will be responsible for maintaining script integrity, ensuring the realism and effectiveness of each exercise.

Candidates must be willing to wear appropriate costuming and headgear as required by the scenario. Proficiency in operating various military weapons systems, marking cartridge weapons, paintball-type weapons systems, and blank ammunition will be developed through instruction on safe use.

A significant aspect of this role involves acting as Opposing Force (OPFOR), which includes engagement with marking cartridge weapons. Physical fitness is a key requirement, with no limiting physical conditions or pre-existing medical conditions that would hinder work in austere environments or during nighttime operations. Familiarity with basic weapons handling and safety is essential.

Applicants must be comfortable with potentially being restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods and having trainees frisk and search them while restrained. The role also requires the ability to stand and lay prone for extended periods, both with and without restraints. You will participate in scenario training where engagement with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) is expected, all while wearing provided personal protective equipment (PPE). This PPE includes a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.

• Must be a US Citizen and able to provide proof
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Military/Law Enforcement experience/background is preferred
