Join Tactical Revolution as an OPFOR Role Player and become an integral part of realistic tactical training scenarios. We are seeking dedicated individuals to portray opposing forces, contributing to the development and readiness of our trainees.
Pay Rate: This position offers $20 per hour, or a $640 flat-rate incentive for the full, no-default completion of the contract.
Role Player Criteria: Successful candidates will be able to:
- Adhere strictly to scenario scripts, avoiding ad-libbing or alterations to the scenario's scope.
- Wear appropriate clothing, including costuming and headgear, relevant to the training scenario.
- Operate various military weapons systems, including marking cartridge weapons, paintball-type weapons systems, and blank ammunition, following instruction on safe use.
- Act as Opposing Force (OPFOR), engaging with marking cartridge weapons.
- Maintain physical fitness without limitations or preexisting medical conditions that would hinder work in austere environments or during nighttime hours.
- Demonstrate familiarity with basic weapons handling and safety procedures.
- Tolerate being restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods.
- Be comfortable with trainees conducting frisks and searches while restrained.
- Stand and lie prone for extended periods, both with and without restraints.
- Participate in scenario training where engagement with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) is expected, while wearing provided safety equipment.
- Wear required safety equipment, including a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to provide proof.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Military/Law Enforcement experience/background is preferred.

Responsibilities
- • Operate various military weapons systems and fire marking cartridge weapons, paintball type weapons systems, and blank ammunition after being instructed on the safe use of weapons.
- • Act as Opposing Force (OPFOR) including being engaged with marking cartridge weapons.
- • Participate in scenario training where they should expect to be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) while wearing safety equipment (personal protective equipment).
- • Wear safety equipment consisting of a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.
