Tactical Revolution: OPFOR Simulation

We are seeking dedicated and professional individuals to join our team as an OPFOR Role Player | Tactical Revolution. In this role, you will be integral to realistic scenario training, ensuring a high level of authenticity and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Adhering strictly to scenario scripts, without ad-libbing or altering the scope of the training.
• Wearing appropriate costuming and headgear relevant to the scenario's significance.
• Operating various military weapons systems, marking cartridge weapons, paintball-type weapon systems, and blank ammunition after receiving proper safety instruction.
• Acting as an Opposing Force (OPFOR), which includes engagement with marking cartridge weapons.
• Participating in scenario training where you should expect to be engaged with non-lethal marking ammunition (Simmunitions, UTM, or paintballs) while wearing provided personal protective equipment.
• Wearing safety equipment consisting of a full-face helmet, throat guard, and groin guard.

Physical requirements and expectations:

• Maintaining physical fitness with no limitations or preexisting medical conditions that would hinder work in austere environments or during night hours.
• Familiarity with basic weapons handling and safety protocols.
• Comfortable with being restrained/zip-tied for prolonged periods.
• thoải mái with trainees conducting frisks and searches while you are restrained.
• Ability to stand and lay prone for extended periods, both with and without restraints.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to provide proof.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Military/Law Enforcement experience/background is preferred.
