About This Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and sociable individuals to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for SESH USA. In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in supporting product audits and providing key education to retail clerks for one of our top clients.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales and Marketing Representative’s (SMR) primary function involves merchandising support and product line education across an assigned route of stores. You will be responsible for locating current product displays, assessing their effectiveness, evaluating inventory levels, and educating clerks to optimize product sales. Additionally, you will provide valuable feedback to our client on opportunities to enhance product distribution. The core objective of the SMR is to service all customers safely and productively, adhering to Market Recon's executional standards.
We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, work well independently, and are committed to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Effectively manage products and cultivate strong relationships with customer contacts for sales at assigned accounts.
- • Proactively determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts, identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of competitors' activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
- • Implement proper product rotation to ensure optimal freshness.
- • Drive increased inventory and product diversity at each assigned account, enhancing in-store branding with fresh products.
- • Collaborate effectively across the organization and share best practices with peers.
- • Act as a significant contributor and leader within your peer group.
- • Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.
Job Requirements:
- • Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- • Proven experience in sales and account management.
- • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
Schedule: Audits will take place from September 15 to October 7, 2025. A bonus is available for early completion!
Pay: Dependent on location; to be discussed during the interview process.
The SMR must have a reliable vehicle to travel within the assigned territory for this part-time position.
Requirements
