About This Role
We are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals for the role of Brand Ambassador | Sesh USA. This part-time position involves supporting an audit of products and clerk education for one of our top clients, SESH USA. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales and Marketing Representative’s (SMR) primary function is to perform merchandising support and educate on the product line across an assigned route of stores.
In this role, you will locate existing product displays to assess their effectiveness, evaluate inventory levels, and provide detailed education to clerks to optimize product sales. You will also provide feedback to our client on potential opportunities to increase distribution. The main objective of the SMR is to service all customers safely and productively, adhering to Market Recon's executional standards. Ideal candidates are sociable, work well independently, and possess a knack for building relationships.
The audit will take place from September 8-30, 2025. A bonus is available for early completion! Pay is dependent on location and will be discussed during the hiring process.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage products and cultivate relationships with customer contacts for sales at assigned accounts.
- Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify strategies to increase sales.
- Evaluate competitor activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
- Execute proper product rotation to ensure freshness.
- Increase inventory and product diversity at each assigned account, while improving in-store branding and delivering fresh products.
- Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices with peers.
- Be a significant contributor and leader within your peer group.
- Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Experience in sales and account management.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
- A reliable vehicle is required for travel within the assigned territory.
