About This Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and sociable individuals to join us as a Brand Ambassador | Sesh USA. In this part-time role, you will support an audit of products and provide education for one of our top clients, SESH USA.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the Sales and Marketing Representative (SMR) will primarily focus on merchandising support and educating clerks about the product line within an assigned territory. Your responsibilities include locating current product displays, assessing their effectiveness, evaluating inventory levels, and providing detailed education to clerks to optimize product sales. You will also provide valuable insights to our client regarding opportunities to increase distribution. The primary function of the SMR is to service all customers safely and productively, adhering to Market Recon's executional standards.

The audits for this position will take place from September 15th to October 7th, 2025. A bonus is available for early completion. Pay is dependent on location and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage products and cultivate relationships with customer contacts for the sale of our products at assigned accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and proactively identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
  • Execute proper product rotation to ensure freshness.
  • Increase inventory and product diversity at each assigned account, enhancing in-store branding with fresh products.
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices.
  • Be a key contributor and leader among your peer group.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Ideal candidates are sociable, outgoing, and capable of working independently. This position requires a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel within the territory.
