About This Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and sociable individuals to join our team as a Brand Ambassador | Sesh USA. In this part-time role, you will support an audit of products and provide crucial clerk education for our esteemed client, SESH USA. Reporting to the Team Leader, your primary function will be to perform merchandising support and educate store personnel on our product line within an assigned territory.

As a Sales and Marketing Representative (SMR), you will be responsible for locating current product displays, assessing their effectiveness, and evaluating inventory levels. A key aspect of your role will be to provide detailed education to clerks, empowering them to effectively sell our products. You will also provide valuable insights and notes to our client regarding any perceived opportunities to increase product distribution. Your main goal is to service all customers safely and productively, adhering to Market Recon's executional standards.

This position is ideal for outgoing individuals who can work independently. The audits will take place from September 15 to October 7, 2025. A bonus is available for early completion! Pay is dependent on location and will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage products and cultivate strong relationships with customer contacts for the sale of our products at assigned accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Evaluate competitors' activities, including new product launches and price reductions.
  • Execute proper product rotation to ensure freshness.
  • Increase inventory and product diversity at each assigned account, enhancing in-store branding with fresh products.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization and share best practices.
  • Be a significant contributor and leader among your peer group.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each assigned account.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Experience in sales and account management.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • A reliable vehicle is required for travel within the territory.
