Mielle Natural Hair Brand Awareness

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Natural, Textured Hair Brand Ambassador for Mielle. This role is crucial for educating consumers, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty for our beauty, hair, and personal care products. The Brand Ambassador will play a key role in increasing Mielle product sales in Beauty Supply Stores and strengthening relationships with retailers.

Compensation for this position is $90 per 3-hour promotion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accepting shipments of promotional kits or arranging for pick-up as instructed.
• Notifying the Beauty Probe LLC Representative of availability to work event dates as presented.
• Responding to text and email communications within 24 hours.
• Having adequate and reliable transportation to and from promotional events.
• Arriving promptly at events and Zoom meetings, initiating introductions with on-site contacts, and providing survey feedback instructions or links if applicable.
• Setting up displays and taking photos of the display, end cap, inventory, and occasional consumer interactions.
• Creating positive and memorable experiences that educate and influence consumers to purchase Mielle products.
• Actively initiating product introductions and engaging with each consumer in-store.
• Offering fundamental solutions and product recommendations to address key concerns.
• Facilitating product trial through samples to meet targeted sales goals.
• Solidifying relationships with Beauty Supply Store staff, merchandisers, and the brand.
• Recording and reporting consumer feedback.
• Distributing samples, buy-one-get-one products, and gift-with-purchase items.
• Allocating half an hour for breakdown and taking ending inventory.

Promotional materials provided will include: 1 Folding Table, 1 Table Cloth, 1 Header Card Banner (possibly), Branded Bags, Samples, Product for BOGO, Décor, and Premiums (Gift with Purchase). The Brand Ambassador is responsible for maintaining a running inventory count for all promotional items, including samples, premiums, full-size products, display table, table cover, and any other items provided by Beauty Probe or the contracted company client or brand.

Attire requirements: Polished, Professional, Branded apparel as provided, Healthy Stylish Hair, and All Black with Slacks; no jeans.
