Mielle Beauty Supply Promotion

The Natural, Textured Hair Brand Ambassador for Mielle will create an engaging experience that educates consumers and influences the purchase of beauty, hair, or personal care products.

The primary goal is to drive sales of Mielle products within Beauty Supply Stores and strengthen relationships with retailers. This role involves active consumer engagement, product demonstrations, and educational interactions, offering fundamental solutions and product recommendations.

Compensation is $90 per 3-hour promotion. Training pay is $25 for a 1-hour live, online training session, which is included in the payment for the first event, along with monthly team meetings.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Accepting shipment of promotional kits or arranging for pick-up as instructed.
• Notifying Beauty Probe LLC Representatives of availability for event dates promptly.
• Responding to all text and email communications within 24 hours.
• Ensuring adequate and reliable transportation to and from promotional events.
• Arriving promptly at events and Zoom meetings, initiating introductions with on-site contacts, and providing survey feedback instructions or links if applicable.
• Setting up displays and taking photos of the display, end caps, inventory, and occasional consumer interactions.
• Creating a positive and memorable consumer experience that educates and influences purchasing decisions.
• Actively introducing products and engaging with each consumer in the store.
• Offering samples to meet targeted sales goals.
• Solidifying relationships with Beauty Supply Store staff, merchandisers, and the brand.
• Recording and reporting consumer feedback, distributing samples, and managing gift-with-purchase programs.
• Allowing ½ hour for breakdown and taking ending inventory.

Required promotional materials include:

• 1 Folding Table
• 1 Table Cloth
• 1 Header Card Banner (Possibly)
• Branded Bags, Samples, Product for BOGO promotions, Décor, and Premiums (Gift with Purchase).

Attire:

• Polished, Professional, Branded apparel as provided.
• Healthy, Stylish Hair.
• All Black with Slacks; no jeans.

Reporting:
Check into the designated app and provide a report immediately following the promotion. This role reports to the Brand Ambassador Manager.
