Mielle Beauty Supply Promotion

We are seeking a Natural, Textured Hair Brand Ambassador for Mielle. This role is crucial for educating consumers about beauty, hair, and personal care products, ultimately driving sales of Mielle products within Beauty Supply Stores.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting product trials through samples.
• Increasing Mielle product sales in Beauty Supply Stores.
• Solidifying relationships with retailers.

Compensation: You will earn $90 per 3-hour promotion.

Event Logistics:

• Accepting shipment of promotional kits or arranging for pick-up as instructed.
• Notifying the Beauty Probe LLC Representative of your availability for event dates.
• Responding to all text and email communications within 24 hours.
• Ensuring you have adequate, reliable transportation to and from promotional events.
• Arriving promptly at events and Zoom meetings.
• Initiating introductions with on-site contacts and providing survey feedback instructions or links if applicable.
• Setting up displays and taking photos of the display, end cap, inventory, and occasional consumer interactions.

Brand Engagement: Your primary goal is to create a positive and memorable experience that educates and influences consumers to purchase Mielle products. This includes:

• Actively introducing products and engaging with each consumer in the store.
• Offering fundamental solutions and product recommendations to address consumer concerns.
• Facilitating product trials with samples to meet targeted sales goals.
• Solidifying relationships with the Beauty Supply Store, Merchandiser, and Brand.
• Recording and reporting consumer feedback.
• Distributing samples and "gift with purchase" items.

Please allow ½ hour for breakdown and taking ending inventory.

• Branded Bags, Samples, Product for BOGO, Décor, Premiums (Gift w/Purchase)

Attire: You are expected to present a polished, professional appearance. This includes wearing branded apparel as provided, maintaining healthy stylish hair, and wearing all black with slacks (no jeans).

Reporting: You will be required to check into a designated app and provide a report immediately following each promotion.

Training: Training pay is $25 for a 1-hour, live, online training session, which will be included in your first event payment. Monthly team meetings are also required.
