Mielle Beauty Supply Promotion

Are you passionate about natural, textured hair and beauty? Do you love educating consumers and driving sales? We're seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador for Mielle to create an unforgettable experience for our customers.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for educating consumers about Mielle beauty, hair, and personal care products, influencing their purchasing decisions, and increasing sales at beauty supply stores. You will also play a key role in solidifying relationships with retailers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Initiating product introductions and engaging with every consumer in the store.
• Offering fundamental solutions and personalized product recommendations to address key concerns.
• Allowing for product trials through samples to meet targeted sales goals.
• Creating a positive and memorable experience that educates and influences consumers to purchase Mielle products.
• Recording and reporting consumer feedback.
• Distributing samples and managing gift-with-purchase promotions.
• Increasing Beauty Supply Store sales of Mielle products.
• Solidifying relationships with Beauty Supply Stores, merchandisers, and the brand.

Requirements:

• Ability to accept shipment of a promo kit or arrange for pick-up as instructed.
• Notify the Beauty Probe LLC Representative of availability to work event dates as presented.
• Respond to all text and/or email communications within 24 hours.
• Possess adequate and reliable transportation to and from promotional events.
• Arrive at events and Zoom meetings promptly.
• Initiate introductions with on-site contacts and provide survey feedback instructions or links if applicable.
• Set up displays and take photos of displays, end caps, inventory, and occasional consumer interactions.

Compensation:

• $90 per 3-hour promotion.
• Training Pay: $25 per 1-hour, live, online training (included in the first event payment) and monthly team meetings.

Promotional Event Setup & Breakdown:

• Allow for ½ hour for breakdown and ending inventory.
• Provided materials may include: 1- Folding Table, 1- Table Cloth, 1- Header Card Banner (possibly), Branded Bags, Samples, Product for BOGO, Décor, Premiums (Gift w/Purchase).

Attire:

• Polished, professional, and branded apparel as provided.
• Healthy, stylish hair.
• All black attire with slacks; no jeans.

Reporting:

• Check into the designated app and provide a report immediately following the promotion.

This role reports to the Brand Ambassador Manager.
