Mielle Beauty Supply Promotion

Mielle is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Natural, Textured Hair Brand Ambassador to represent our brand. In this role, you will be instrumental in educating consumers, driving sales, and fostering brand loyalty for Mielle beauty, hair, and personal care products.

As a Brand Ambassador, your primary goal is to increase Mielle product sales at Beauty Supply Stores and strengthen relationships with retailers. You will engage with consumers, offer product trials through samples, and provide fundamental solutions and product recommendations to address their concerns. You are expected to create a positive and memorable experience that influences purchasing decisions and builds a lasting connection with the brand.

Compensation for this position is $90 per 3-hour promotion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accepting shipment of promotional kits or arranging for pick-up as instructed.
• Notifying Beauty Probe LLC Representative of availability to work event dates as presented.
• Responding to text and/or email communications within 24 hours.
• Having adequate, reliable transportation to and from promotional events.
• Arriving at events and Zoom meetings promptly, initiating introductions with on-site contacts, and providing survey feedback instructions or links when applicable.
• Setting up displays and taking photos of the display, end cap, inventory, and occasional consumer interactions.
• Actively initiating product introductions and engagement with every consumer in the store.
• Offering samples to meet targeted sales goals.
• Solidifying relationships with Beauty Supply Store staff, merchandisers, and the brand.
• Recording and reporting consumer feedback, distributing samples, "buy one get one" products, and "gift with purchase" items.
• Allocating 30 minutes for breakdown and taking ending inventory.
• Maintaining a running inventory count for all promotional items, including samples, premiums, full-size products, display tables, table covers, and any other items provided by Beauty Probe or contracted client/brand.

Promotional materials provided may include: 1 Folding Table, 1 Table Cloth, 1 Header Card Banner (possibly), Branded Bags, Samples, Product for BOGO, Décor, and Premiums (Gift with Purchase).

Attire: Polished, Professional, Branded apparel as provided, Healthy Stylish Hair, All Black with Slacks; no jeans.
