Fortune Insurance Bobblehead Promotion

Infinity Marketing Team is seeking enthusiastic Field Market Staff to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for a Fortune 50 Insurance Company. This is an exciting lead generation program featuring a unique "build your own bobblehead" activation.

This program will run in over 20 markets, from May 1st through October 19th, 2025. Consumers will have the opportunity to register for a free competitive insurance quote in exchange for a customized bobblehead crafted with their own picture. All necessary materials and supplies for event setup will be provided, along with comprehensive training.

Each event will have a team of three (3) to four (4) Field Market Staff responsible for setup, activation, strike, and loading event kits. Events will take place in your home market and surrounding cities. A mandatory local two-day training session will be held on April 28th - 29th, 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Event Setup: Configure activation space, including tents and other assets.
• Event Activation: Manage consumer registration, photo taking, and bobblehead redemption.
• Event Strike: Disassemble activation display and load materials into a box truck.

Job Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and/or commute.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• This is a 1099 contractor position.
• The schedule varies, with most events occurring from Thursday through Sunday.
• A minimum of five staff members will be on-site at all times.
• Out-of-market travel opportunities are available, with per diem and lodging provided.
• Some manual labor is required during setup and teardown.
• Proficient with iPads and/or tablets.
• Very comfortable with consumer engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with team and management.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.

Compensation:

• Per diem, gas stipend, and lodging provided for out-of-market travel.

This background check will include, at a minimum: (i) national, state, and county (or equivalent) criminal record checks for all residential and employment addresses disclosed or discovered; and (ii) a prohibited parties search.
