PHX Hydration Energy Ambassador Activation

One 11 Brands is seeking dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassadors to build meaningful consumer connections and drive new product launches. This part-time hourly role offers an exciting opportunity to represent our brands on the front lines, with assignments available in various locations, including CT - Hartford, New Haven; RI – Providence; NY – Albany, Long Island; MA – Worcester, Springfield; NJ – Newark; OH – Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus; PA – Pittsburgh.

This position runs from Monday, January 5th, on an on-going basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote One 11 Brands products and achieve activation goals.
• Travel to assigned retail locations within a designated area to build and maintain relationships with retail management.
• Merchandise and upsell One 11 products, and execute sampling events.
• Provide in-store retail support, execute events, conduct sampling demos, and assist with marketing and influencer support.
• Act as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands through hosting events, leveraging social media, and other tools to promote sales within the community.
• Develop positive working relationships with internal marketing and sales personnel, as well as key distributor personnel.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, moving with agility and intent to drive results.
• Maintain actionable weekly communication with your direct manager.
• Report results, photos, and feedback from all store visits to designated communication channels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Preferred previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service.
• Personable with strong communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in tactical selling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40 lbs.
• Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle.
• Must be able to fully speak and understand English.
• Driver's License required.
