Brand Ambassador – Field Sales

One 11 Brands is seeking dynamic, energetic Brand Ambassadors to build meaningful consumer connections. This role is critical for building awareness and connection to One 11 Brands' new product launches. We are accepting applications from Monday, January 5, on an on-going basis.

This is a part-time hourly position.

Locations:

• CT - Hartford, New Haven
• RI – Providence
• NY – Albany, Long Island
• MA – Worcester, Springfield
• NJ – Newark
• OH – Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus
• PA – Pittsburgh

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting One 11 Brands products and achieving activation goals.
• Travel to assigned locations within a designated area to visit retail stores, build and maintain relationships with retail management, merchandise and upsell One 11 products, and execute sampling events.
• Responsibilities will range from in-store retail support, event execution, sampling demos, marketing, and influencer support.
• Acting as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands, including hosting events, leveraging social media, and other tools to promote sales within the community.
• Developing positive working relationships with all levels of internal marketing and sales personnel, as well as key distributor personnel.
• Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset – moving with agility and intent to drive results.
• Maintaining actionable weekly communication with direct manager.
• Reporting results, photos, and feedback from all store visits to designated communication channels.

Qualifications:

• Preferred previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service.
• High school diploma.
• Personable and strong communication skills.
• Relationship-building skills.
• Tactical selling techniques.
• Works well within a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40lbs.
• Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle.
• Fully Speak/Understand English.
• In-Store Demonstrator experience.
• Driver's License.
