PHX Hydration Brand Ambassador Activation

One 11 Brands is seeking dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassadors – Field Sales to build meaningful consumer connections for our new product launches.

This is a part-time hourly position, with an ongoing schedule starting Monday, January 5th.

We have opportunities in the following locations:

• CT: Hartford, New Haven
• RI: Providence
• NY: Albany, Long Island
• MA: Worcester, Springfield
• NJ: Newark
• OH: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus
• PA: Pittsburgh

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting One 11 Brands products, achieving activation goals, and driving sales within your assigned territory. You will serve as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands and developing positive working relationships with internal marketing, sales personnel, and key distributor personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote One 11 Brands products and achieve activation goals.
• Travel to assigned retail locations to build and maintain relationships with retail management.
• Merchandise and upsell One 11 products.
• Execute sampling events and in-store retail support.
• Provide event execution, sampling demos, marketing, and influencer support.
• Host events and leverage social media to promote sales within the community.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, driving results with agility and intent.
• Maintain actionable weekly communication with your direct manager.
• Report results, photos, and feedback from all store visits through designated channels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Preferred previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent personable and strong communication skills.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated tactical selling techniques.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40lbs.
• Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle.
• Must be able to fully speak and understand English.
• Requires a Driver's License.
