PHX Hydration Energy Sampling

One 11 Brands is seeking a dynamic and energetic Brand Ambassador – Field Sales for PHX Hydration Energy. This part-time hourly position will be critical in building brand awareness and fostering consumer connections for One 11 Brands' new product launches.

This role is ongoing, starting Monday, January 5th.

We are hiring in the following locations:

• CT: Hartford, New Haven
• RI: Providence
• NY: Albany, Long Island
• MA: Worcester, Springfield
• NJ: Newark
• OH: Cleveland, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus
• PA: Pittsburgh

Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting One 11 Brands products and achieving activation goals.
• Traveling to assigned retail locations to build and maintain relationships with retail management, merchandise and upsell products, and execute sampling events.
• Providing in-store retail support, event execution, sampling demos, and marketing/influencer support.
• Acting as a One 11 Ambassador, advocating for our brands by hosting events and leveraging social media to promote sales.
• Developing positive working relationships with internal marketing and sales personnel, as well as key distributor personnel.
• Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset with agility and intent to drive results.
• Maintaining actionable weekly communication with your direct manager.
• Reporting results, photos, and feedback from all store visits through designated communication channels.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Previous experience in brand ambassadorship, promotions, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Personable and strong communication skills.
• Relationship building skills.
• Tactical selling techniques.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry boxes of sales materials up to 40 lbs.
• Good driving record and daily access to a vehicle.
• Must be a Fully Speak/Understand English In Store Demonstrator.
• Driver's License required.
